Our Company

In 2005, Kate (the founder of Southern Style Events) married Dave (the love of her life and Co-founder of Southern Style Events).

It was a romantic beach ceremony at sunset followed by a cocktail party at a stunning beach house on Hyams Beach. The style of the wedding was 'relaxed beach theme' focusing on family, good music, good food and good fun.

It was during the planning of her big day and in the weeks leading up to that special day that Kate realised how hard it was to find someone to help... There were companies that would hire you things. There were companies that would plan things for you. But when it came to actually decorating her special day (on the day and in the way that she wanted), there was no one that could help.

And so Southern Style Events was born.

We provide beautiful Wedding decorations, but more importantly we provide warm friendly service that you can trust.
